Monthly Pinterest Account Management Plans
Please read this important note relevant to my pricing: Obviously, if you can do more, you’ll benefit more – and faster. But for those on a limited budget, 5 QUALITY pins a day is definitely enough to get you in the game and start seeing results.
Please note: Tailwind Membership is required for scheduling on all monthly plans and is paid for by the client. But BASIC setup of Tailwind (also available separately a la carte) is included with any monthly membership plan free of charge). This includes creating an optimized custom pinning schedule, board lists, and making necessary connections with your account and analytics.
No on-going contract is required. But please be aware – it can take up to 3 months to see results from any new Pinterest efforts. (TravelPinners.com)

All Monthly Management Plans Include the Following:
- Checking for and uploading new content to Pinterest at least once per week
- Creating a pin for every new post that has a pinnable image. (Graphics creation is not included)
- Researching, optimizing and adding high quality relevant pins from others for added authority
- Fully optimizing each new pin for search with keywords, calls to action, links, hashtags etc.
- Scheduling to multiple boards on the client’s account – within the pin limit chosen by the client
- Creating new fully-optimized boards as needed with keyword-rich descriptions, cover images, call-to action, links, etc.
- Rearranging boards as necessary
- Occasional “live-pinning” will be done in addition to regularly scheduled pinning at no extra charge
- 1 hour of email time per month
Note: If a one-time cleanup is not ordered, there will be a gradual re-working and cleanup of previous boards and pins with new keyword-rich optimized descriptions and new images done over time (as allowed within the pin limit of the plan ordered).
Basic Pinterest Plan
$150/Month
- Everything included above with all plans
- Scheduling 5 fully-optimized pins a day (approx 150 pins/mo) on Tailwind + occasional “live” pins
- A monthly email detailing what was accomplished during the month, what’s working well, how your Pinterest presence is progressing, and what’s planned for the next month (but no detailed or in-depth analytics report with this plan – although I will be keeping an eye on those).
- NOTE: There are no openings currently available for this Basic Plan. Please contact me if you would like to be put on the wait list, should it re-open in the future.
Upgraded Pinterest Plan
$250/Month
- Everything included above with all plans
- Checking for and uploading new content to Pinterest at least two times a week
- Scheduling 10 fully-optimized pins a day (approx 300 pins/mo) on Tailwind + occasional “live” pins
- Following new accounts as needed and responding to comments
- A monthly email detailing what was accomplished during the month, what’s working well, how your Pinterest presence is progressing, and what’s planned for the next month. Any detailed analytics of note will be included.
- NOTE: This level of service is currently filled. Please contact me to be put on the wait list.
Premium Pinterest Plan
$$350/Month
- Everything included above with all Plans
- Checking for and uploading new content to Pinterest multiple times a week – plus emailed requests accepted for content you’d like pinned sooner
- Tribes and Groups are also included with this plan
- Scheduling a minimum of 15 fully-optimized pins a day to your own account (up to 450 pins/mo) on Tailwind
- Pinning up to an additional 15 pins a day (“Live” or scheduled) to your account, group boards or Tribes (an additional 450 pins)
- Following new accounts as needed and responding to comments
- A monthly email detailing what was accomplished during the month, what’s working well, how your Pinterest presence is progressing, and what’s planned for the next month. Any detailed analytics of note will be included.
- Daily (business day) email support (for pin requests, questions, etc.)
